Maximus shows a new 4-month plan. TRT Nation and Defy Medical were listed today. DudeMeds showed no price on a plain read (it asks for a state first), so its plans keep 6 November. Plans for other treatments at Maximus and PeterMD, HealthRX's cream and enclomiphene, and RxSpan MD's catalog were not re-read today and keep their dates.

How this log is kept
The price check re-reads each plan on the seller's own page. A price that differs is recorded here with the old price and its read date, the new price and its read date, and the page. A price we can no longer read is recorded as no longer published, never guessed. Runs before November 7, 2026 were rebuilt from the dated plan records in this site's history. The same entries are in changes.json (CC BY 4.0, attribute to TRT Watchdog).
