Which online TRT programs ship to my state? What each says

Which online TRT programs serve your state, as each program's own site states it. Six confirmed lists, seven not published, with page and date read.

By Julian Caraulani · Updated November 6, 2026

It depends on the program, and six of the thirteen we track publish a state statement we can quote. Hone Health lists 34 states, PeterMD says it is not available in Alabama or Idaho, and GoodLife Health and HealthRX each say all 50 states. The rest do not publish a TRT state list. Pick your state on our state pages; the cheapest all-in plan overall is $79 a month.

Why state matters for online TRT

Testosterone is a controlled substance, and the prescriber must be licensed where you live. MangoRx explains the limits itself: "State availability depends on three factors: telehealth technology compliance with state law, treatment option allowability via telehealth, and physician licensing eligibility" (MangoRx FAQ, read October 29, 2026). Male Excel adds that some states may require an in-person exam under DEA and state law. So a program can be "in your state" for some products and not for TRT.

What each program says about states

We list a program as serving a state only when its own site says so. Statements below were read on the dates shown, and the counts come from the exact words quoted.

Program What its own site says Page and date read
Hone Health 34 states on its Premium men's plan, DC not served Service availability, Oct 29, 2026
PeterMD "Not available in these states: Al, ID" Men's TRT page, Oct 29, 2026
Male Excel All states except 11 named ones FAQ, Oct 29, 2026
Brightmeds 47 states, except Alabama, Arkansas, Mississippi Terms, Oct 29, 2026
GoodLife Health "serves all 50 U.S. states" Homepage FAQ, Oct 29, 2026
HealthRX "All 50 US states." FAQ, Nov 2, 2026

Male Excel's FAQ says it prescribes "in all states except Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island." Hone Health's list covers Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Two cautions. The Brightmeds, GoodLife Health and HealthRX statements cover the whole company, not TRT alone, and GoodLife adds that "the eligibility check confirms availability in your state." PeterMD's own join page gives other state counts than its TRT page, so confirm at checkout.

Programs that do not publish a state list

For these we found no official TRT state list, so we do not mark them as serving any state:

  • Maximus: oral testosterone is "available only in states where Maximus clinicians are licensed" (help center, read October 29, 2026).
  • Hims: its testosterone page says "Not available in all 50 states" with no list (Hims, read October 29, 2026).
  • LifeMD: "Availability of specific treatments and offerings varies by state" (LifeMD, read October 29, 2026).
  • Taurus Meds, MangoRx, DudeMeds and RxSpan MD: no TRT state list found on their sites.

"Not confirmed" does not mean "not available." It means the program tells you only after you enter your address. We have not verified for each one whether eligibility is shown before any charge, so check before paying.

How to check your own state in three steps

  1. Open your state page on TRT by state and see which programs have a confirmed statement.
  2. Compare their all-in monthly prices on the TRT price table.
  3. Start the intake with your real address; an unconfirmed program should tell you whether it can serve you.

Our best TRT programs ranking is by score and price, not by state count, so a top-ranked program may not serve you. For ranked picks see best online TRT, and for how the process works see TRT online.

FAQ

Which online TRT programs ship to my state?

Check your state page on this site, which lists only programs whose own site confirms your state. Hone Health, PeterMD, Male Excel, Brightmeds, GoodLife Health and HealthRX publish statements. Others, such as Maximus and Hims, say availability varies and confirm at intake.

Can I get TRT online in every state?

Not from every program. Two programs say they serve all 50 states, while PeterMD excludes Alabama and Idaho, and Male Excel excludes eleven states. Hims says it is "not available in all 50 states." Availability can change, so confirm with the program before paying.

Why do some TRT programs not serve certain states?

Prescribing rules and licensing differ by state. MangoRx cites telehealth law compliance, what a state allows via telehealth, and physician licensing. Male Excel notes some states may require an in-person exam under DEA and state law. Programs can only prescribe where their clinicians are licensed.

What if my state is not listed for a program?

Treat it as unconfirmed, not unavailable, unless the program names your state as excluded. Start the intake with your real address to see whether the program can serve you. Otherwise choose a program with a confirmed statement for your state from our price table.

Do prices change by state?

Sometimes. DudeMeds shows its price only after you pick a state, and Male Excel notes some states may need an in-person exam. Our live prices are the lowest published all-in plan, so see the cost page and confirm your total at checkout.
